Power Transformers
Industrial Horizons, LLC and Taj Al-Rawabi will work with our foreign partners to supply a large spectrum of products, which includes large and medium power transformers, oil distribution transformers, cast resin transformers and compact stations.
Large Power Transformers: power range 100MVA to 700MVA, voltage up to 750kV.
- Generator step-up transformers : They are installed in power plants to transform the power from the generation voltage (typically in the range of 15kV-24kV) to a higher voltage of the transmission lines, like 750kV, 500kV, 400kV, 275kV or 230kV (the exactly values of the voltage level will be as requested). Powers up to 700 MVA.
- Auto transformers: They are used to interconnect the 400kV-500kV-750kV systems with either 230kV-275kV systems or 120kV-145kV systems. Powers up to 500MVA.
- Grid transformers: They are used in similar situations as auto transformers, but they are used where the neutral point of the HV (high voltage) and LV (low voltage) are required to be kept separately. Powers up to 500MVA.
- Air cored shunt reactors: They provide the power factor compensation for an overhead transmission line and prevents “Ferranti effect” (rise of the voltage at the end of a line).
Medium Power Transformers: Range 5MVA to 100MVA and voltage up to 245 kV
Cast Resin Transformers: Range up to 25 MVA , voltage up to 36kV have no fluid as a cooling medium.
Compact Substations: Range up to 2500kVA, 36kV, factory build, inspected and fully wired.
Oil Distribution Transformers: Range 50kVA to 2500kVA, 12kV/0.4kV. The steps of the power in kVA are as following: 50, 100, 160, 250, 400, 630, 800, 1000, 1250, 1600, 2000 and 2500. Usually, these transformers are supplying power to users like : office and shopping centers, research facilities, hospitals, hotels, schools, airport terminals, manufacturing plants, paper and steel mills, water treatment plants, oil and gas refineries, chemical plants,etc.
Steel Towers for Power Lines up to 750 kV and Related Equipment
Our foreign business partners will design and manufacture the following products:

Generators
Industrial Horizon and Taj Al-Rawabi will work with the best foreign suppliers in the world of electrical generators, monophase or triphase types, using gasoline or diesel fuel.
The range of power for the generators is from1.0 kVA to 2360 kVA as follows:
- Portable range: 1.0 kVA to 9.9 kVA
- Professional range: 9.9 kVA to 670 kVA
- Heavy range: 670 kVA to 2360 kVA
The types of motors used for the generators: Perkins, MTU, Mitsubishi, Hatz, Lombardini, Robin (Subaru), FTP, Iveco, Yauman, Volvo, Doosan, Scania, Himoinsa, etc.
Lighting Systems
